24 March 1992, France has been condemned by the European Court of Human Rights for not respecting the right to privacy - Convention Article 8 - for refusing for 17 years to change one transsexual's civil status.
Since then, has the situation changed ...?
Gender Identity is an absolutely unknown, hushed, rejected, unconsidered subject... Only one's original anatomy is taken into consideration.
Can we keep continuing this way ...?
